Review destinations and operational limits

OrderRoutes keeps destination context for items in one Shopify order. The embedded Admin experience can organize that context by destination without turning the order into multiple native Shopify orders.

Merchant steps

  1. Open an existing order in the OrderRoutes Admin experience.
  2. Review each destination card separately.
  3. Confirm the items assigned to that destination.
  4. Review the gift message and requested delivery date when present.
  5. Review shipping, estimated tax, total, and fulfillment context shown for the destination.
  6. Resolve any missing or error state before taking an operational action.

Use this page only to review an existing order. It does not create or modify an order.

Limits to retain

Shopify still owns one native checkout address. Shopify-generated per-destination labels are not supported under the current one-order model. Do not purchase a ShipStation label from this help flow. Returns, refunds, provider sync, and notifications require a separate merchant action in the applicable workflow. Do not describe integrations as universally automatic.

If destination context is missing, stop before fulfillment or financial action and verify the order in the approved merchant workflow. Do not copy raw platform identifiers, destination storage keys, provider payloads, or customer details into a support article or ticket.
