Steps To Confirm Inventory Context
- Open Shopify Admin and confirm that the products you expect to manage are active.
- Confirm that the relevant variants exist and have the SKUs your team expects.
- Confirm that your Shopify locations are active.
- Open BackstockOps.
- Review store readiness to confirm BackstockOps can read products, variants, locations, and inventory data.
- If expected data is missing, fix the Shopify product, variant, or location record first, then return to BackstockOps.
