Role Or Permission Requirement
view_reports is required to view reports. export_data is required to export CSV files when BackstockOps workflow roles are enforced.
App Path
Shopify Admin > Apps > BackstockOps > Reports.
Direct app path: /app/reports.
Steps
- Open Reports.
- Choose the report category.
- Choose the report, such as
Low stock,Current stock on hand,Purchase orders, orTransfer plans. - Enter search text or choose report-specific filters.
- Select

Common Troubleshooting
- The button says
Apply filters to export: selectApply filtersfirst. - The CSV is empty: broaden the filters or confirm the workflow has records.
- A Growth report has no data: import or sync sales-history data first.
- The CSV opens with strange columns: import it as comma-separated values in the spreadsheet app.
